Usage Rights
The fonts, images and code this site is built with, and the license each one comes under.
Fonts
Both families are bundled with the theme and served from this site. Both are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which allows using and redistributing them, commercial sites included, as long as the license travels with the files.
Overused Grotesk (OFL 1.1): github.com/RandomMaerks/Overused-Grotesk
Inter Tight (OFL 1.1): fonts.google.com/specimen/Inter+Tight
Images and Video
The photos and videos are placeholders that came with the original design. The design credits its images to the sources below and names no source for the videos. The logos on the Founder home are generic placeholder marks. Replace them all with your own, or with files you have licensed yourself, before you launch.
Demo Content
Every person, company, fund, award and event named on this site’s pages is invented, and so are the figures beside them. Any resemblance to a real one is a coincidence. Replace them with your own.
Libraries
The code the theme is built with: GSAP and Lenis run in the browser, Hugo and Tailwind CSS only at build time. Each is under its own license.
Hugo (Apache-2.0): github.com/gohugoio/hugo/blob/master/LICENSE
Tailwind CSS (MIT): github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/blob/main/LICENSE
